Latin 3 is designed to increase vocabulary and assist students in applying the grammatical concepts learned in Latin I and Latin II. In addition, Latin III is an honors course to prepare students for Latin Literature or AP Latin. Students read selections from Caesar, Cicero, Augustus, Pliny, Trajan and Eutropius. Through the words of these Roman authors, students increase their knowledge of the intricacies of the late Roman Republic and early Roman Empire.

Tuition Requirements

Students and Schools in Kentucky
Tuition is based upon the number of students enrolled in a course.

  • 1-19 students in a course – $100 per student
  • 20 or more students in a course – $100 for the first 19 students, then $50 per student for any students above 19
  • There is a $50 student re-enrollment fee for students not completing a course in one school year
  • Dual Credit students will be billed $150 per course by Morehead State University in addition to KET fees

Students and Schools outside of Kentucky
Tuition is based upon the number of students enrolled in a course.

  • 1-9 students in a course – $450 per student
  • 10 or more students in a course – $427.50 per student
  • There is a $100 out-of-state student re-enrollment fee for students not completing a course in one school year
