‘Kentucky Tonight’ discusses COVID-19, monkeypox and influenza

On Kentucky Tonight, airing Monday, Sept. 12, at 8/7 pm, Renee Shaw hosts a discussion about COVID-19, monkeypox and influenza. Scheduled guests include:

  • Ilhem Messaoudi, Ph.D., chair of the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine
  • Mark Dougherty, M.D., an infectious disease specialist at Baptist Health Lexington
  • Fadi Al Akhrass, M.D., medical director of Infectious Disease and Infection Prevention at Pikeville Medical center
