Northern Kentucky Tribune; CVG; Parker Academy; GorillaMaker 3D Printers
Come Inside Northern Kentucky with the Northern Kentucky Tribune as we go back in history then fast-forward to the future. We'll take you to the Greater Cincinnati International Airport (CVG) of the 70s and 80s. Then to an archeological dig on the site of an historic, progressive school by Northern Kentucky university scholars and students. The Parker Academy was founded in 1839, a private secondary school that educated students of all races and genders, going against prevailing segregationist practices. See what the NKU teams have unearthed so far. Then fast-forward with us to inventor Glenn Warner of Verona as he explains his GorillaMaker 3-D printers, taking the 3-D world by storm. Every home will have one, he says. But will it be 5-ft. tall?
