David Williams looks back on his 27 years in the Kentucky legislature, the last 13 as Senate president, and discusses his recent judicial appointment by Gov. Steve Beshear. The Republican and Burkesville native is now judge for the 40th Circuit, which includes Cumberland, Clinton and Monroe counties. Williams is serving the remaining two years of the late Judge Eddie Lovelace's term.
