Bluegrass music is now enjoying an unprecedented renaissance, fueled in part by the success of the movie, "O Brother, Where Art Thou? " For the first time, the legends are brought together with the stars of traditional country music and a new generation of bluegrass performers. Host Ricky Skaggs welcomes Vince Gill; the Dixie Chicks; Earl Scruggs, Ralph Stanley and the Del McCoury Band; and the new generation represented by Alison Krauss, Patty Loveless, Travis Tritt, and Nickel Creek.
