Follows would-be principals Rafaela, Larry, and Alexandra as they try to determine whether they have what it takes to run one of New York City's 1,200 public schools. The three attend training at the Leadership Academy, participate in a special leadership workshop led by former General Electric CEO Jack Welch, and then face the challenges of running their own schools.
