In the half-hour documentary, three women who are long-term breast or ovarian cancer survivors reveal how they reclaimed their lives after the assault of cancer. Each woman candidly shares her experiences with cancer and its aftermath and discusses how she has become an advocate for other women and their families. The program also introduces the men in these women's lives, and each talks about how he and his partner were able to grow as a couple and maintain intimacy despite the challenges they faced. The program is hosted by Emmy Award-winning executive producer Helene Lerner and includes cameo appearances by Gloria Steinem and L.A. Law's Jill Eikenberry and Michael Tucker.
