Later, the winner of Jack's contest to be Eddy's helper for a day turns out to be a kid-sized 80-year-old crossing guard named Abner, and no one is quite sure how to treat him. Seven Little Monsters: The Monsters get distracted while cleaning the basement, start playing a superheroes game, and end up making an even bigger mess. George Shrinks: George and Becky run a pet wash in their yard for charity.

Seven Little Monsters: Four's brothers and sisters are driving him crazy, and he wishes he were an only child. But when his wish is granted for a day, he finds himself very lonely. George Shrinks: George and Becky team up for the "ironcar" R/C vehicle rally at the beach.

Everyone is thrilled with the new act—except Stripes, who is now scratching day and night. Eddy and the gang are excited about staying overnight at the carnival until Stripes tells an unnerving ghost story. Later that night, strange noises seem to confirm that the spirit of the Jittery Juggler really is haunting the grounds. Seven Little Monsters: Mom is angry after the Monsters build a hot-air balloon using pieces of their house.
