Murthy; Michael Botticelli, director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy; and Dr. Tom Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Also, an interview with Nancy Hale, executive director of Kentucky-based Operation UNITE (Unlawful Narcotics Investigations, Treatment, and Education), an organization launched in 2003 by Congressman Rogers to attack illegal drug use in communities across Appalachia and Kentucky.
