From Seed to Shelf: Kentucky's Organic Grains and Sorghum
We visit Seven Springs Sorghum and talk to Harry Irwin, better known as 2D to his friends, about how a retired architect found a hilltop alongside the South Fork of the Little Barren River and turned a remote plot into a sorghum haven. We'll also visit Louismill, a mill showcasing products made from grains of Kentucky's organic farmers, and its brand new MozzaPi restaurant.
