Buck Ryan, director of the University of Kentucky School of Journalism, hosts a forum celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Kentucky-Virginia Resolutions and addressing the state of the First Amendment. Panelists are former Gov. Ned Breathitt; historian Dr. Thomas D. Clark; Judy Clabes, director of the Scripps Foundation; Dr. Robert O'Neil, president of the University of Virginia; Charles Overby, chairman of the Freedom Forum; and Ed Arnone, communications director for the Kettering Foundation.
