Five hundred years ago, a wide variety of Native American peoples occupied all of the lands of North America. This series introduces elementary students to some of those cultures by region. Through stunning live-action cinematography, each program shows the continuity of customs, culture, and history among the Native Americans of each region, helping students develop appreciation and understanding of this shared heritage.
