Kentucky independent filmmaker Morgan Atkinson chronicles his native state's love for boys' high school basketball. Spanning more than 80 years of game lore and traditions, the story is told by the players, coaches, fans, journalists, and historians who make Kentucky's game so distinctive and focuses particularly on the state championship tournament known as the Sweet Sixteen-one of the few in the nation that allows small schools to compete against the big ones.
