A children's series set in retired sea captain Noah Tomten's Notions, Oddities, Doodads & Delights of Yesterday, or NODDY's, a Victorian toy shop where magical things can happen. As his visiting grandchildren Kate and Truman make up stories about Noddy, a wooden doll they have found in a toy chest, they are transported to the animated world of Toyland, where Noddy and his friends help them resolve dilemmas in their own lives, from coping with bullies to appreciating differences in others.
