In 1994, a young couple, both classical musicians, went to Hot Springs, Arkansas, with a dream. Richard and Laura Rosenberg founded the Hot Springs Music Festival. This program tells their story, the founding of the Festival, and follows several of their young apprentices through rehearsals and performances.
