The Man Who Makes the Capitol Grounds Beautiful

Kentucky Capitol landscape consultant Tim Depenbrock describes his work to maintain the grounds around the building, from the annual spring plantings to decorating for Christmas. Depenbrock says his job is to create landscaping that emphasizes the grandeur of the capitol and the work that happens there.
