The Pros and Cons of Medical Marijuana

Kentucky lawmakers are considering two bipartisan measures that would legalize the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes in the commonwealth. House Bill 166 and Senate Bill 118 would create a certification process for doctors and patients as well as for marijuana-related businesses. The bills also would enable local communities to vote on whether to allow medical cannabis sales within their jurisdictions.
