Captain William Clark of Lewis and Clark was the younger brother of Louisville founder George Rogers Clark. As part of the bicentennial celebration of the Lewis and Clark expedition, this docudrama looks back over the lives of the two brothers and their sister, Lucy Clark Croghan. Staged at the Croghan home, Locust Grove in Louisville, it was written and performed by Mandy Dick, Mel Hankla, and Bob Pilkington. A 2002 KET production.

Author Jacinda Townsend discusses her critically acclaimed novel, "Saint Monkey", a coming-of-age story set in 1950's Eastern Kentucky. The book won the James Fenimore Cooper Prize for historical fiction. Townsend is a former Hurston-Wright Award finalist and currently teaches creative writing at Indiana University. Two Bridges, One Project

This program explores how Kentucky leaders and other stakeholders came together for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project - a project that built two new bridges, reconfigured an urban labyrinth of merging interstates, constructed a tunnel under a historic-and-protected property, and created miles of new highways. The project which took decades of debate and planning to get to construction was completed in December 2016. In the history of Metro Louisville, there has never been a project more impactful, more expensive, and more unifying.
