Doll Collection Honors Kentucky’s First Ladies

Lining a hallway of the State Capitol is a collection of some 60 dolls depicting First Ladies of the commonwealth throughout history. Members of the Kentucky Federation of Women’s Clubs explain the origins of the collection, how the dolls are made, and why not all First Ladies featured in the display were spouses.
