‘Kentucky Life’ spotlights a Louisville café for cats, the Commonwealth’s thriving elk population, the volunteers at the Aviation Museum of Kentucky, and AppHarvest

The next episode of Kentucky Life visits the Louisville business A Purrfect Day Cafe which provides a unique way to find new homes for cats; checks in on Kentucky’s elk population, which after 25 years of restoration efforts, is thriving again; celebrates the dedication of the volunteers at the Aviation Museum of Kentucky, whose work and research have aided restoration efforts of aircraft and other aviation artifacts; and explores AppHarvest, the agricultural venture that seeks to provide quality jobs by growing tomatoes in Appalachia.

Kentucky Life airs Saturday, May 28, at 8/7 pm on KET, and on Monday, May 30, at 7/6 pm on KET2.
