These two new programs feature new and original material by America's favorite cowboy poet and humorist, Baxter Black. Baxter is joined by some friends to perform an original song in each show. Baxter, a former large animal veterinarian, was thrust into the national spotlight when he appeared periodically on the Tonight Show over a period of six years. Black is often heard as a cowboy commentator on National Public Radio. The new shows continue the tradition of presenting Baxter's unique observations through his poetry and stories.
