The Story of Lake Cumberland

Interviews and archival footage recount the construction of Wolf Creek Dam near Jamestown, which backed up the Cumberland River for more than 100 miles to form the 50,000-acre Lake Cumberland. Area residents and visitors also recall how the creation of the lake moved the area's economic base from agriculture and transportation to tourism.
