Business experts evaluate start-up proposals submitted by entrepreneurs looking for funding. Each of the entrepreneurs must answer a series of questions that test the vision, product innovation, marketing strategy, and value of the proposal. Then the business plans are evaluated by a panel of experts from related fields at a simulated partners' meeting, with only those deemed likely successes receiving a seal of approval.
