A KET documentary that takes students backstage at the Kentucky Opera in Louisville as the company prepares a production of the contemporary American opera Susannah. Composer Carlisle Floyd gives some background on the work, and singers, musicians, the conductor, and technicians talk about the rehearsal and staging processes.
