Thank you for climbing aboard the S.S. KET at the 34th annual Summer Celebration. “Sail the Sea with KET” caught the wind for a picturesque sunset cruise at Donamire Farm, complete with sunken auction treasures, steel drums and yacht rock, worldly ports of call and costume couture. On the horizon, KET opens a world of discovery and opportunity for those we serve – thanks to your support.
Honorary Captains Nick and Tyra Rowe, hostess Mira Ball, and countless viewers thank the 921 participants for raising $279,000 to benefit KET’s programs and services.
Summer Celebration is KET’s largest single-day source of funds that advance KET’s mission. Proceeds anchor the state’s largest classroom, town hall, performance stage, history and science center, nature preserve, and more, that are freely accessible to all.
