Mushroom Tea
Cook time: Approximately 20 minutes
Serves: Makes 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 grams Four Sigmatic Focus Blend, or similar brand to include adaptogens such as log-grown lions mane, cordyceps, rhodiola rosea, bucopa monnieri, cacao, vitamin B-12, blueberry
- 2 tsp dried yarrow flowers
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup oat milk creamer
- honeysuckle flowers for garnish
PREPARATION:
Bring two cups of water to boil in a tea kettle and pour over dried yarrow flowers. Allow flowers to steep for 20 minutes before straining tea into a separate pot.
Rewarm yarrow tea and whisk in mushroom powder blend, maple syrup, and oat milk. Divide tea into two cups, garnish with honeysuckle flowers, and serve.
